This is a full-time, remote position and all training is conducted remotely. All technological equipment is provided to employees by the organization.

Available Shift: Mon,Tu,Th,Fri: 9:30-6:00pm-EST & Weds: 11:30-8:00pm-EST. 

Rate of Pay: $18.07

Work Location: Remote

Role Description

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting clients on their journey towards eliminating their debt and achieving financial stability. Your main responsibilities promptly responding to incoming calls; understanding clients’ needs and taking appropriate actions to address their inquiries or requests effectively and efficiently.

What To Expect

  • Handle primarily inbound phone calls from clients. The calls typically take around 5 minutes. Although call volume may vary from day to day, you can anticipate receiving an average of around 30 calls per day.
  • Provide additional assistance to clients via email, mail, and/or text.
  • Support clients in enrolling and managing their debt management program, answering their questions, reviewing their information and communicating with creditors

 Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • At least 1 year of Customer service and call center experience
  • Ability to sit for an 8-hour shift while using headset to handle phone calls
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute

What will you do as an HR Generalist?

Role Description

As an HR Generalist, you will assist in providing a wide range of Human Resources functions and play a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance and support relative to employee relations, personnel policies, multi-state labor regulatory compliance, employee orientations, training and development, benefit planning and administration.

What To Expect:

  • Administers processing of organization's payroll and collects payroll data to maintain accurate payroll records.
  • Audits payroll information for accuracy and completes all payroll year-end tasks
  • Handles all tax related statements and notices in the payroll system.
  • Maintains and distributes current employee information, policy and procedure manuals, and other communication.
  • Processes and records information including employee status changes and terminations
  • Assist with assessing and responding to high level personnel issues including employee misconduct and other employee relations issues.
  • Complete research relating to HR best practices on FMLA/ STD/ADA and state leaves as needed.
  • Manage and track employee leaves of absence, in compliance with state and federal regulatory labor legislation.
  • Update employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other uses.
  • Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations as needed.
  • Assist Recruiting Specialist will all recruiting and onboarding related tasks
  • Assess employee development needs and design training with regard to health and wellness, safety and diversity as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • College Degree required
  • Payroll/HR Certification required
  • At least 4 years prior Human Resources Generalist experience
  • Previous payroll experience required
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now system required
  • General knowledge of HR practices including organizational development, change management, compensation, coaching and employee relations
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality while working with highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Knowledge of pertinent federal, state, and local laws, codes and regulations such as FLSA, FMLA, state leave laws, and American Disabilities Act (ADA)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred
  • Experience in recruiting and interviewing preferred
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, communication and organizational skills
  • Must be a creative thinker and excellent team player
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Competitive compensation determined by individual’s relevant experience, skills and education ranging from $56,000 to $70,000.
